Fibrous dysplasia is grouped under fibro-osseous lesions with developmental anomaly of bone forming mesenchyme that manifests as a defect in osteoblastic differentiation and maturation. This paper describes a case of 28 yrs old female who presented with swelling on right side of face, nostril and intraoral swelling on right half of hard palate since 1-year. The diagnosis was based on clinico-radiological and histopathological investigations.
