Appropriate surgical management helps in getting a better functional outcome in elderly patients.
Case Series: We present a series of three cases of chronic TA tear in elderly patients managed surgically.
Background: Fractures of the proximal humerus represent approximately 4% of all fractures and 26% of humerus fractures. Proper reduction, stable internal fixation and early initiation of physiotherapy help to achieve a good functional outcome. Aim of this study was to evaluate varus fixation/malunion of proximal humerus fractures and its relation to functional outcome.

Background: YouTube is now becoming important for people as a source of health related information. The aim of the present study was to assess the educational quality of YouTube videos related to Total hip replacement.
Methods: A search on YouTube for the term "Total hip replacement" was performed.
Parosteal lipomas are rare benign tumors accounting for less than 0.1% of all primary bone tumors. Only 3 cases of parosteal lipoma have been previously described affecting the distal and middle phalanges.
