The Fontan procedure is a staged palliative surgery performed in children with congenital univentricular heart defects. These individuals are predisposed to a variety of issues due to their altered physiology. Through this article, we would like to describe the evaluation and anaesthetic management of a 14-year-old boy with Fontan circulation who underwent an uneventful laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
