The present work describes the investigation of secondary metabolites produced by rhizospheric soil isolate with respect to partial purification, bioactivity, structural elucidation, and docking study. MIC (Minimum Inhibitory Concentration) of the fraction was found to be 16 µg/mL, 32 µg/mL, and 8 µg/mL against , , and respectively. The fraction exhibited an IC of 90.
