Analyzing the Impermeable Structure and Myriad of Antiviral Therapies for SARS-CoV-2.

A total number of 1,524,161 active cases, 92,941 deaths, and 213 countries have been affected worldwide by COVID-19 severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) as of 11th April 2020. Much can be attributed to the virus' structural protein, S protein, which determines its host range and tissue tropism and aids its rapid spread. This review aims to summarize numerous researches carried out with respect to the complex and resistant structure of SARS-CoV-2 in addition to the researches performed on various antivirals on the basis of drug repurposing, to aid in better understanding for future researches, clinical trials, and treatment protocols.

Perception about myths and facts regarding COVID-19 pandemic infection among science and technology faculties.

Background: COVID-19 was declared as pandemic by the WHO in March 2020. Social distancing and hand hygiene is advised during the pandemic to contain the spread of the virus. Rapid sharing of scientific information in an extraordinary way is the characteristic of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Risk factor of type 2 diabetes mellitus among adolescents from rural area of India.

Context: Health system is likely to encounter more adolescents with Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) as a consequence of obesity and sedentary lifestyle. Intervention at various stages of the life cycle is needed as cumulative effect of risk factors accumulated from fetal life to adult increases risk of noncommunicable disease.

Aims: The aim of this study was to find out awareness regarding T2DM and distribution of risk factor for T2DM in adolescents from the rural areas of Wardha district, India.

Role of antibiotics on surgical site infection in cases of open and laparoscopic cholecystectomy: a comparative observational study.

Parietal wall hydatid cyst presenting as a primary lesion.

Hydatid cyst is the disease of liver and lungs and is common in some regions especially sheep rearing countries of the world, but this disease may occur in any part of world and anywhere in the body. This report presents primary hydatid cysts located in intramuscular region of left side of the abdomen. A 54-year-old female patient from central India, farmer by occupation, non vegetarian by diet came with chief complaints of a painless mass in the left iliac fossa, gradually increasing in size over a period of 6 months.
