Introduction: Multimodal analgesia is key in the effective management of acute pain. Previous clinical trials have demonstrated good results with the use of a fixed-dose combination (FDC) of tramadol 75 mg and dexketoprofen 25 mg (TRAM/DKP) in acute pain management. However, there is a dearth of real-world evidence on the efficacy and safety of this combination in the management of acute non-surgical pain, especially among Asian patients.

Salvage therapy for recurrent chordoma is very challenging due to its relentless nature and refractory to adjuvant therapies. The aim of this present study was to report the oncologic outcome following surgical resection of chordoma of the spine.
