The goals of this study were to develop a mouse PACAP-headache model using clinically significant doses of PACAP; determine the effects of δ-receptor activation in this model; and investigate the co-expression of δ-receptors, PACAP and PACAP-PAC1 receptor.

Femur Fracture in a Newborn During Emergency Cesarean Delivery: A Case Report.

However, this case reports a case of femur fracture of a newborn that occurred during an emergency cesarean section performed for breech presentation.

In this work, we build upon recent studies and show a general synthesis protocol, involving the use of carbon disulfide insertion chemistry, to generate highly reactive precursors that can be used towards the colloidal synthesis of numerous ABS nanomaterials, including BaTiS, BaZrS, BaHfS, α-SrZrS and α-SrHfS. We overcome the shortcomings in the current literature where BaZrS nanoparticles are synthesized in separate phases colloidal methods and lack a reproducible protocol for orthorhombic perovskite nanoparticles.

Discussions of Cannabis Over Patient Portal Secure Messaging: Content Analysis.

Background: Patient portal secure messaging allows patients to describe health-related behaviors in ways that may not be sufficiently captured in standard electronic health record (EHR) documentation, but little is known about how cannabis is discussed on this platform.

Objective: This study aimed to identify patient and provider secure messages that discussed cannabis and contextualize these discussions over periods before and after its legalization for medical purposes in Pennsylvania.

Methods: We examined 382,982 secure messages sent by 15,340 patients and 6101 providers from an integrated health delivery system in Pennsylvania, United States, from January 2012 to June 2022.
