Medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw results in extensive excision and proves challenging to rehabilitate prosthetically. This article describes the prosthodontic rehabilitation of medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw induced by nintedanib. A custom-made subperiosteal implant was designed to adapt to the bone, remaining after the excision of the jaw necrosis.
