Persistent cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) rhinorrhea is an infrequent complication of frontal sinus trauma. It often require craniotomy for dural repair and obliteration of sinus with well vascularized pericranial flap. The multilayer vascularized techniques have gained popularity over the years owing to low rate of postoperative CSF leaks.
