In a rare case of concurrent verrucous epidermal naevi (VEN) with psoriasis, previous treatments with oral methotrexate and acitretin showed minimal improvement. However, treatment with oral apremilast resulted in complete resolution of psoriasis and significant improvement in VEN lesions after 1 month. This is the first documented case of successful VEN treatment with apremilast, highlighting its potential efficacy in treating verrucous epidermal naevus.
