Endophytic fungi are essential sources of various bioactive natural compounds. The present study is aimed to investigate the chemical composition and antioxidant compounds of the root endophytic aquatic hyphomycetous fungi isolated from the roots of growing in the riparian area of Nainital, Kumaun Himalaya.
