Aim: To compare the impact of fifth- and seventh-generation bonding agents on the microleakage between Embrace WetBond sealants and Ionoseal.

Materials And Methods: Forty extracted human premolar teeth were used for the study and grouped according to different sealants and bonding agents-group I: Embrace WetBond sealant with fifth-generation bonding agent; group II: Embrace WetBond sealant with seventh-generation bonding agent; group III: Ionoseal with fifth-generation bonding agent; group IV: Ionoseal with seventh-generation bonding agent. For microleakage evaluation, all the teeth were subjected to invasive sealant placement using the respective sealant materials in combination with bonding agents as specified.

Background: While half of the patients with colorectal cancer develop metastasis, some 20% develop liver-only disease, and 10% of patients with unresectable liver disease live for 5 years. This study audits the outcomes of patients with colorectal liver metastasis to identify patients with unresectable liver metastasis eligible for a liver transplant.

Method: All patients with colorectal liver metastasis, irrespective of the presence of metastasis at other sites, registered between January 1, 2018, and December 31, 2019, were included in this retrospective audit.

The proposed work aims to develop an automated machine learning based network model for heart disease prediction with better accuracy. In the pre-processed data, the most significant features are selected using the White Shark Optimization based Linear Discriminant Analysis (WSO-LDA) technique, reducing computational complexity. Finally, the selected features are fed to the Hybrid Artificial Neural Network (HANN) with a Multi-Objective Spotted Hyena optimization (MOSHO) based classification stage.

Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) is a common cause of nephrotic syndrome (NS) and one of the leading causes of end-stage kidney disease. Endocrinological abnormalities due to the urinary loss of hormone-binding proteins, such as transient hypothyroidism, are well documented in FSGS. Secondary FSGS can arise due to viral infections, drugs, and pre-existing glomerular diseases.

Objectives: The primary objective of this study was to establish "normal" right atrial (RA)-indexed end-systolic volumes (ESVs) and emptying fraction (EF) in children undergoing ventricular septal defect (VSD) repair using two-dimensional (2D) transesophageal echocardiography (TEE). Secondary objectives were to obtain RA-indexed ESV and EF in children with RA/right ventricular (RV) volume overload (atrial septal defect [ASD]) and RV pressure overload (tetralogy of Fallot [TOF]) and to determine whether baseline differences existed in these indices among the three lesions.

Design: A prospective observational study.

Wild species or crop wild relatives (CWRs) provide a unique opportunity to introduce novel traits and expand the genetic base of the cultivated pigeonpea (Bohra et al. 2010, 2020). Among the wild relatives of pigeonpea, Cajanus scarabaeoides is cross-compatible with cultivated pigeonpea (C.

Diarylheptanoids display an array of biological and pharmacological properties. We previously reported the synthesis of a diarylheptanoid Alpinoid c and a series of its derivatives, evaluated their cytotoxicity against various human cancer cells. We found some of these derivatives were significantly more potent than Alpinoid c in preventing the proliferation of various cancer cell lines.

Present study analyzed the pattern, causality, severity and preventability of the systemic adverse drug reactions reported to the regional pharmacovigilance center during the period 14th September 2004 till 13th September 2005. Altogether the centre received 22 systemic adverse drug reactions [males 12 (54.55%), females 10 (45.
