Searching for third molars atraumatic removal method remains a challenge in oral surgery. Method of partial removal of impacted tooth leaving a non-extracted root in the wound becomes more popular recently. Determining medical indications for this method, as well as searching for standards for its implementation is important.

Objective: The aim of the study is reducing the risks of surgical injury to the inferior alveolar nerve, by taking into account individual topographic and anatomical features, improving diagnostic methods, and techniques for removing retinated teeth with a close fit to the mandibular canal.

Material And Methods: An examination was conducted in the Department of Surgical Dentistry (CBCT/OPG) and surgical treatment of 223 patients, with a close fit of the roots of the retinated lower third molar to the mandibular canal. We have designed and synthesized a series of bioinspired pyrano[2,3-]coumarin-based Calanolide A analogs with anti-HIV activity. This paper reports the synthesis of four types of annulated pyranoindole congeners: pyrano[3,2-]indole, pyrano[2,3-]indole, pyrano[2,3-]indole, and pyrano[2,3-]indole and photophysical studies in this series. The synthesis of pyrano[3,2-], [2,3-], and [2,3-]indoles involve a tandem of Bischler-Möhlau reaction of 3-aminophenol with benzoin to form 6-hydroxy- or 4-hydroxyindole followed by Pechmann condensation of these hydroxyindoles with β-ketoesters. Pyrano[2,3-]indoles were synthesized through the Nenitzescu reaction of -benzoquinone and ethyl aminocrotonates and subsequent Pechmann condensation of the obtained 5-hydroxyindole derivatives.

Magnetic therapy in acute and subacute non-specific back pain: Results of an open multicenter study.
