[Electron-ion reflexotherapy in the combined treatment of periodontitis].

The authors describe the technique of electron-ion reflex therapy as part in the combined therapy of periodontal diseases. The positive effect of the technique was evidenced in the rheoperiodontographic indices and periodontal pockets content analysis.

[Reactions of the connective-tissue components of the skin of rats to electrostatic fields].

The skin connective tissue of rats exposed to a 60 kV/m or 90 kV/m electrostatic field for 3, 14 or 30 days was investigated biochemically and histochemically. The experiments were carried out on 60 male Wistar rats in a condensation-type chamber. This exposure produced certain biochemical changes in the skin.

[A model of regional deposition of aerions in the human lungs].

The numerical solution of the equation of airions mass transfer in the human lung is obtained considering diffusional deposition. More than 90% of airions inhaled during breathing are deposited. The deposition occurs in the first 10-12 generations of the lung tree, and therefore the airions do not reach the alveolar region.
