This study aimed to investigate the effects of fibrin-based hydrogel encapsulation, with or without vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), on follicle quality and cell survival signaling pathways after ovarian tissue cryopreservation. Ovarian cortex donated by seven patients (ages 44-47 years old) was divided into four groups: I) fresh control, II) ovarian tissue without encapsulation (non-FT), III) fibrin (10 mg/mL fibrinogen plus 50 IU/mL thrombin; 10FT) encapsulated tissue without VEGF, and IV) encapsulated tissue with 0.1 μg/mL VEGF (10FT-VEGF), followed by a slow freezing process.

A total of 56 ovarian cortical tissues retrieved from seven wild-type mice were divided into three groups: 1) fresh control, 2) conventional culture system (control), and 3) non-conventional system with MHPD. Ovarian tissues were cultured for 96 hours and evaluated for follicle morphology, developmental stage, intact follicle density, and relative gene expression levels (proliferating cell nuclear antigen, insulin like growth factor 1, BAX, and Bcl-2).

Growing evidence supports the role of epigenetic in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). The purpose of this study is to evaluate the DNA methylation levels in LINE-1 in a tissue-specific manner using cumulus cells from patients with PCOS compared with normal controls.

Endometrial thickness and other clinical characteristics associated with endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial cancer were also evaluated
Material And Method: Women with PCOS and abnormal menstrual pattern were enrolled into this cross-sectional study. Endometrial thicknesses were evaluated using transvaginal sonography.
Study Objective: To investigate the efficacy of pregabalin for the relief of postoperative shoulder pain after laparoscopic gynecologic surgery.
Design: Prospective, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial (Canadian Task Force classification I).
Setting: Tertiary referral center, university hospital.
Objective(s): To compare HOXA10 protein expression in the endometrium between natural control cycles and GnRH antagonist-treated cycles obtained during the window of implantation of normally menstruating women.
Study Design: This study was conducted at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. Thirty-five volunteers were recruited into this prospective, self-controlled study, which was divided into two cycles, the first a natural control cycle and the second a GnRH antagonist-treated cycle.
Purpose: To study the effects of GnRH antagonist (ganirelix-Orgalutran) on the endometrium of regularly menstruating women.
Materials And Methods: Prospective, self-controlled study. The thirty-five volunteers were studied for two cycles: one as a control and the other, GnRH antagonist-treated cycles in which ganirelix 0.
