In the scanning acoustic microscopy (SAM) imaging, it is essential to address the diminished lateral resolution in the out-of-focus region, as image quality correlates with the ultrasound propagation distance either above or below the focal plane. To focus the scanned image, a refocusing technique called synthetic aperture focusing technique (SAFT) is widely used, which improves the resolution by extending the depth of focus manually. The Sf9 insect cell line is used in the baculovirus expression vector system for the development of various viral vaccines and some gene therapy products. Early studies indicated that Sf9 cells produced a reverse transcriptase (RT) activity that was detected using a sensitive PCR-enhanced reverse transcriptase (PERT) assay. The purpose of this research is to identify and characterize lactic acid bacteria (LAB) species in bee bread produced by honey bees () in the east mountain area of Suzhou, China. We isolated three strains, (S1), (S2), and (S3), with S2 producing the highest amount of lactic acid.
