The present research explores a set of explanatory factors of digital citizenship in university students on a cross-national sample. The data were collected from 501 university students aged 19-23 years old, from two public universities in Romania ( = 350) and Italy ( = 151). Information was gathered from one university in each country by using an online survey form.

The present study describes a bibliometric tool, the Departmental Scholarly Index (DSI), for this purpose.
Methods: Publications from academic plastic surgery programs in qualifying states of the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons released in 2022 were collected via PubMed affiliation search.
The cyclic oxidation behavior of an additive manufactured CoCrMo alloy with 0.14 wt.% C was investigated at 914 °C for 32 cycles, each lasting 10 h, resulting in a total exposure time of 320 h.

This research may be of great importance for producers and consumers due to the high production capacity, wide adaptability, economic significance in human foods and nutritional value of triticale cultivars. The triticale flours were analyzed for moisture, ash, protein, wet gluten, fat, carbohydrates, acidity and color parameters (L*, a* and b* values).

Materials: To address this issue, we sought to develop optimized fluorescence reporters that could be expressed in precise cellular subsets and used to accurately quantify miR contents .
Results: Focusing on miR-124, we tested different reporter designs whose efficiency was confirmed in different settings including cell lines and primary neuronal cultures from different brain structures.
Background: Critical consciousness represents an emancipatory pedagogical process whose central goal is developing the necessary skills to identify and act in the direction of changing social limitations. An important kind of action that helps challenge social limitations is altruistic behaviour. Moreover, moral values could enhance the effect of critical consciousness on altruistic behaviour.

The process may be supported by personal resources like personal values and critical thinking dispositions. With this study on 536 young students' students aged 18 to 26 ( = 20.

We started from the hypothesis that such an event stimulates the creative industries, but also induces tensions, which can degenerate into blockages. Quantitative and qualitative methods (20 observation sheets; 19 interviews and 227 press articles) combine to portray the dynamics and effectiveness of the city's creative spaces and the role actors play in local territorial co-production, the press analysis providing additional data.

Human studies have identified a number of high-risk genetic variants for these diseases. Among them, polymorphisms in the promoter region of the serotonin transporter gene (SLC6A4) have attracted much attention.

The long-term effects of the current health crisis are bringing about changes in cultural demand and offer and highlighting the need to adapt and to think of new ways of functioning. Taking its cue from this situation, the research underlying our article set out to investigate the ways in which Romania's independent creative sector is adapting.

However, how specific modifications of social environment modulate brain functions remains poorly understood. To address this issue, we investigate the molecular and behavioral consequences of briefly manipulating social settings in young and middle-aged wild-type mice.

In multiple sclerosis (MS), combined APRIL/BAFF blockade led to unexpected exacerbated inflammation in the central nervous system (CNS) of patients. Here, we investigate the role of the APRIL/BAFF axis in the CNS.

They are known as stress molecules induced in pathological conditions. We previously reported that progenitor cells express RAE-1 in physiological conditions and we described a correlation between RAE-1 expression and cell proliferation.

We analyze the motion of viscous and incompressible liquids in the annular space of controllable hydraulic resistances with a cylindrical linear slide-valve. This theoretical study focuses on the turbulent and steady-state motion regimes. The hydraulic resistances mentioned above are the most frequent type of hydraulic resistances used in hydraulic actuators and automation systems.

Although the application of Cox-2 gene therapy to a murine closed femoral fracture has accelerated bony union, but the beneficial effect was not observed until the endochondral stage of bone repair that is well after the inflammatory stage normally subsides.
Methods: To identify the molecular pathways through which Cox-2 regulates fracture healing, we examined gene expression profile in fracture tissues in response to Cox-2 gene therapy during the endochondral bone repair phase.

We analyze the laminar motion of incompressible fluids in self-acting thrust bearings with spiral grooves with inner or external pumping. The purpose of the study is to find some mathematical relations useful to approach the theoretical functionality of these bearings having magnetic controllable fluids as incompressible fluids, in the presence of a controllable magnetic field. This theoretical study approaches the permanent motion regime.

The development and remodeling of the skeletal extracellular matrix during wound healing suggests that uPA might regulate bone development and repair. To determine whether uPA functions regulate bone development and repair, we examined the basal skeletal phenotype and endochondral bone fracture repair in uPA-deficient mice.

The extra reflection conditions as given in Volume A of International Tables for Crystallography may not be rigorously fulfilled if the thermal vibrations and positional or static disorder of the atoms are not isotropic. Although small in most cases, the intensities of reflections violating the extra reflection conditions can become measurable for large thermal and positional anisotropy. It would be useful to have an inventory of these `pseudo extra reflection conditions' for all space groups in the early stage of structure investigation.

Class I major histocompatibility complex (MHC) family members comprise numerous proteins playing either immune or nonimmune function. Among the latter, MHC functions in the central nervous system has started to receive recent interest.

RAE-1 is overexpressed in tumor cell lines and its expression is induced after viral infection and genotoxic stress. We have recently demonstrated that RAE-1 is expressed in the adult subventricular zone (SVZ) from C57BL/6 mice.

In this paper we further demonstrate the possibility to vary the chemical composition and the nanoparticle dimensions of the iron oxide-based materials by handling the oxidation procedure in the frame of the laser pyrolysis process. Thus, nanoparticles with major maghemite/magnetite content may change composition into mixtures with variable amounts of three components: major gamma-Fe2O3/Fe3O4 iron oxide, metallic Fe and cementite Fe3C.
