The Minimally Invasive Reduction and Osteosynthesis System(®) (MIROS) is a percutaneous angle stable device for the treatment of fractures. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the clinical and radiographic results of an early minimally invasive osteosynthesis with the MIROS device.
