The use of a "bank finger" by its very nature is almost exclusively reserved for the management of traumatic hand injuries. Here, we described one case of thumb reconstruction using the patient's index finger as a "bank finger" after the excision of a grade II malignant fibrous histiocytoma.

Rhinophyma, final stage of rosacea is considered as benign pathology. We present the case of a patient with basal cell carcinoma diagnosed on rhinophyma. The removal of all cutaneous nasal unit and its analysis has diagnosed the presence of three basal cell carcinomas and two in situ squamous cell carcinomas.

All the plastic surgical procedures can be used to correct them: full thickness or split thickness skin grafts, Z plasty and its derivatives (trident plasty, IC flaps), expansion, flaps, artificial skin, and dermabrasion. In most cases, these procedures will be combined.
