A nanocarrier was obtained by coating the natural clinoptilolite particle surface with a phosphatidylcholine layer. The shell effective size does not exceed the thickness of the phospholipid molecular layer, which was confirmed by UV spectrometry and molecular mass spectrometry. The present study was undertaken to create a physicomathematical model of multiple pseudophakia and to investigate its method in correcting high-degree hyperopia. On the basis of the calculation of spherical aberrations, the authors have proposed recommendations for combining intraocular lenses (IOL), as well as developed and tested the modified formula for calculating the focal power of intracapsularly implanted IOLs. They provide a rationale for the increased clearly visible space depth phenomenon observed in patients with multiple pseudophakia and have calculated the reflection light energy loss caused by the presence of two artificial lenses.

Age-related changes in the content of the major cellular cations of potassium and sodium in heart muscle cells of Wistar rats have been studied.
