Early postoperative rehabilitation of the patients presenting with cholelithiasis and experiencing psychoemotional stress is designed to restore the function of bile secretion, enhance their adaptive capabilities, and normalize the psychovegetative status for the purpose of preventing further progress of the disease and reducing the risk of the development of post-cholecystectomy syndrome. The inclusion of drinking mineral water, magnetic laser therapy, and UHF therapy in the combined rehabilitative treatment of such patients results in the appreciable enhancement of all functional abilities of the body manifest as the significant improvement and normalization of clinical and laboratory characteristics (elimination of clinical symptoms of the disease, improvement of general and biochemycal parameters of peripheral blood). Simultaneously, the adaptive capabilities and the psychovegetative status of the patients improved as apparent from the increased lymphocyte count, normalization of the Kerdo and Hildebrandt indices and indices of stress level, decreased psychoemotional stress, enhancement of physical functioning characteristics.

The results of chronoanalysis testify a dominance of 24-hours cycle in structure of cycles of functional activity of organs of hepatobiliary system. The comparative analysis of trust intervals reveals the intensification of internal connections, expressed intensification of synchronization of cycles of functional activity of system and a breach of synchronism of central regulation and self-regulation, testifying overstrain of proper adaptive possibilities and unconcordance in system of regulation.

This study included 188 patients presenting with pathology of the biliary system, such as dyskinesia of bile ducts, chronic non-calculous cholecystitis (CCC), and dysfunction of the bile system. The objective of the work was to develop complexes of intensive non-medicamental rehabilitative treatment for the correction of the adaptive potential of the organism in the springtime (March-May). It was shown that the efficacy of therapy during this period can be improved by modulation of the complex structure.

To make the treatment of bile-excreting dysfunctions more effective still remains an actual problem of clinical medicine. Use of chronobiological approach in the treatment is possible to resolve that problem. For any system including bile-excreting one, its own biorhythms are typical.

Significant lowering of the number of cells of the portal tract inflammatory infiltrate per area unit (1 mmI), decreased number of neutrophilic and eosinophilic leukocytes, elevated count of monocytes are not only morphological markers of successful dehelminthization but they also reflect objective improvement of the liver state this being an absolute criterion of effective therapy.

The studies demonstrated that the herbal drug ecorsol and the background resonance radiation of the Opisthorchis spectrum exerted an anti-helminthic effect that was evaluated by the marital death and amounted to 83.6 to 96.

The study made by the authors has proved that thermovibration massage of infrasound frequency (10 Hz) used as an adjuvant in combined treatment of chronic cholecystitis and opisthorchiasis promotes normalization of motor-evacuatory function of the biliary system and intrahepatic hemodynamics, improves biochemical structure of the bile. This improves overall efficacy of the treatment measures.
