Several studies have been done to identify comorbidities of COVID-19. In this work, we developed an analytical bioinformatics framework to reveal COVID-19 comorbidities, their genomic associations, and molecular mechanisms accomplishing transcriptomic analyses of the RNA-seq datasets provided by the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database, where normal and infected tissues were evaluated. Using the framework, we identified 27 COVID-19 correlated diseases out of 7,092 collected diseases.

The ES model complexes 1-4 are synthesized by reacting 3-hydroxyflavone in the presence of a base with the respective acetate-bound copper(II) complexes, [Cu(L)(OAc)]. In the presence of dioxygen the ES model complexes undergo enzyme-type oxygenolysis of flavonolate (dioxygenase type bond cleavage reaction) at 80 °C in DMF.

The operation of a hot emissive probe in a high-pressure plasma has been very difficult due to frequent burn-outs and significantly reduced lifetime of the probe filament, which, in turn, limits the possibility of collecting a wide range of data. The I-V characteristics from both Langmuir and emissive probes are interpreted using the collisionless probe theory since the collision correction factor is not very significant.

The temporal dynamics in the fluctuations of the plasma floating potentials from an undriven dc glow discharge argon plasma at an intermediate gas pressure of 250mTorr and at the range of discharge currents I=6-50mA are investigated. In this study, the discharge current I is used as the plasma system's bifurcation parameter in analogy with the parameter space of a numerical dynamical system. Over several regions of the discharge current, the floating potential fluctuation time series data has been indicative of random noise, periodic oscillations, and irregular fluctuations.
