Study Design: NaGP was introduced for use in place of potassium phosphate (KPO) in January 2018; this retrospective cohort study included 95 ELBW infants treated with KPO between January 2015 and December 2017 and 77 infants treated with NaGP between August 2018 and January 2021. Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is a fatal or life-threatening disorder characterized by elevated pulmonary arterial pressure and pulmonary vascular resistance.
