[Phlegmon of the mouth floor with extremely severe course].

A case of the 38-years old patient with a severe streptococcal phlegmon fundi oris and secondary deficiency of gamma-globulins was reported. The patient was successfully treated by surgery, proper antibiotico-therapy and immunoregulation.

The authors describe rules, usefulness and advantages from carrying out anthropometric examinations in the sick with facial-maxillary-occlusal defects in the paper. They present a card especially elaborated for these examinations and used in case of each sick.
