Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of several antiseptic mouthwashes on the dentin microtensile bond strength of self-etch adhesive, considering the influence of rinsing with water.
Methods: Forty flat dentin surfaces were produced by sectioning sound extracted third molars. They were randomly divided into four main groups: (1) artificial saliva (control); (2) 1 % hydrogen peroxide; (3) 0.
Background: Periodontitis often leads to progressive destruction and loss of alveolar bone, the reconstruction of which remains difficult in periodontal therapy. As a novel bone graft material, tooth-derived bone substitute (TDBS) processed from extracted teeth has been previously reported about its osteoconductivity and promising results in bone regeneration. This study was to investigate the biological effects and bone regeneration properties of TDBS in vitro and in vivo using rat periodontal bone defect model.

Aims And Objectives: This study evaluated the surface roughness of three dental ceramics after polishing with three types of extraoral ceramic polishing sets.
Materials And Methods: One hundred and twenty specimens were fabricated from feldspathic porcelain, lithium disilicate, and zirconia ceramics. The specimens were randomly allocated into four subgroups ( = 10).
Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of coronal restorations on the survival rates against fracture of endodontically treated premolars with exposed cervical lesions and to identify the prognostic factors for fracture.
Methods: Data of the endodontically treated premolars with exposed cervical lesions restored with resin composites or crowns between 2011 and 2020 were collected. The presence of a fracture was recorded, and the possible prognostic factors were recorded.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical, esthetic, and patient-reported outcomes of one-piece zirconia implants placed in incisal areas using digital surgical templates after 1 year of follow-up.
Materials And Methods: Patients who had lost an anterior tooth received a 3.3-mm-diameter zirconia implant placed by computer-guided surgery.
Various materials have been used for core build-up when restoring the coronal portion of the tooth. Currently, bulk-fill resin composites have been produced to restore a large posterior cavity in single increment. This study aimed to evaluate the compressive strength, flexural strength, and microhardness of three commercial composite core build-up materials.
