The aim of our research was the estimation and comparison of coronary risk during different influence of non-modified risk factors, such as gender, age and genetic predisposition. In the investigation 100 practically healthy individuals were included, 50 females and 50 males of the age 40-49 years. They were divided into two groups: I group (28 females and 35 males) with genetically aggravated anamnesis and II group (21 females and 16 males) without aggravated genetic factors.
