This paper presents a method for the transparent, robust, and highly capacitive watermarking of video signals using an information mapper. The proposed architecture is based on the use of deep neural networks to embed the watermark in the luminance channel in the YUV color space. An information mapper was used to enable the transformation of a multi-bit binary signature of varying capacitance reflecting the entropy measure of the system into a watermark embedded in the signal frame.

High-Quality Video Watermarking Based on Deep Neural Networks for Video with HEVC Compression.

NN-Based 8FSK Demodulator for the Covert Channel.

In this article, a superposition-based covert channel and its demodulator were proposed and examined. As a covert waveform, an 8FSK modulation was selected. The impact of the channel estimation error and resulting imperfect SIC operation (successive interference cancelation) on the covert information demodulation process was considered.

This paper presents a method of high-capacity and transparent watermarking based on the usage of deep neural networks with the adjustable subsquares properties algorithm to encode the data of a watermark in high-quality video using the H.265/HEVC (High-Efficiency Video Coding) codec. The aim of the article is to present a method of embedding a watermark in a video with HEVC codec compression by making changes in a video in a way that is not noticeable to the naked eye.

StegoFrameOrder-MAC Layer Covert Network Channel for Wireless IEEE 802.11 Networks.

The proposed StegoFrameOrder (SFO) method enables the transmission of covert data in wireless computer networks exploiting non-deterministic algorithms of medium access (such as the distributed coordination function), especially in IEEE 802.11 networks. Such a covert channel enables the possibility of leaking crucial information outside secured network in a manner that is difficult to detect.

This study sought to validate a new measure, the Classroom Cohesion Survey (CCS), designed to examine the relationship between teachers and classroom assistants in autism support classrooms. Simple factor structures were found for both teacher- and classroom assistant-rated scales, with one-factor solutions for both scales.

Background: Sexual assault is a major public health problem affecting 17 million women in the United States. Hospital emergency departments (EDs) are often the primary point of care for these women. We propose the concept of "comprehensive medical care management" (CMCM) at the primary point of care for victims of sexual assault.

Neighborhood economic disadvantage, violent crime, group density, and pregnancy outcomes in a diverse, urban population.

Prior research has established associations between pregnancy outcomes and specific neighborhood characteristics, including economic disadvantage, violent crime, and racial/ethnic segregation. Recently, associations have also been found between various health outcomes and group density, the degree to which an individual is a racial or ethnic majority in his or her local community. The objective of this study was to determine the extent to which census tract economic disadvantage, violent crime rate, and group density are associated with pregnancy outcomes among White, Black, and Hispanic infants in a large metropolitan setting.

Background: Approximately 700,000 women in the reproductive age group are victims of sexual assault in the United States per year. Between 1% and 5% of sexual assaults result in pregnancy, for a total of 32,000 pregnancies per year. Of these, 14,000 are aborted because of incest or rape.

Plasma VEGF-A and its soluble receptor R1 correlate with the clinical stage of colorectal cancer.

Methods: Samples of plasma were collected from 26 patients with colorectal cancer before surgery and on post-operative day 3 and 10, frozen and eventually assessed, using ELISA kits.

Results: We found an increase in VEGF-A in colorectal cancer patients and a strong positive correlation between metastatic spread and postoperative VEGF-A, which also correlated with CA19.
