Background: Totally tubeless percutaneous nephrolithotomy (ttPCNL) becomes increasingly frequently utilized in the treatment of kidney stones. This procedure emerged as an answer for patients' needs to minimize hospitalization time, pain intensity and discomfort due to nephrostomy tube.
