Objective: To illustrate the molecular mechanism of microRNA-490-3p regulating gastric cancer (GC) cells by targeting AURKA.
Methods: Genes with significantly different expression in GC and normal tissue in TCGA-STAD dataset were analyzed by bioinformatics. Expression levels of genes and proteins in GC cells were measured by qRT-PCR and western blot.
Background: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a common severe disease around the world. The merging papers reported that long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) took part in the diversified pathological processes of CRC. This study aimed to uncover the role and the potential mechanism of lncRNA bladder cancer-associated transcript 1 (BLACAT1) in CRC progression.
