Carcinosarcoma of the ureter is a rare biphasic neoplasm, with distinct malignant epithelial and mesenchymal components. The mesenchymal component may show heterologous chondrosarcomatous or osteosarcomatous elements. To the best of our knowledge, there have been only 13 cases reported in the literature.

Uterine leiomyosarcomas uncommonly arise on a background of leiomyomas. Still rare is osteosarcomatous dedifferentiation in such tumors. A 60-year-old female presented with abdominal pain and underwent radiological imaging that disclosed a large, well-defined, heterogeneously enhancing uterine tumor.

Granular cell tumor is a rare, usually benign tumor with classical histomorphology. Location of tumor varies widely within body, but spine is distinctly a rare location for this tumor.
