- Copper nanowires (CuNWs) can be a viable alternative to traditional tin-doped indium oxide (ITO) for transparent conductive films (TCFs), but their use is limited due to oxidation issues.
- This study introduces a method to create stable TCFs using reduced graphene oxide (rGO) and CuNWs, synthesized via environmentally friendly processes instead of toxic agents.
- The resulting rGO/CuNWs films show excellent resistance to oxidation and maintain low sheet resistance and good flexibility even after extended exposure and bending tests, making them promising for future optoelectronic applications.
