Quantum state tomography (QST) is one of the key steps in determining the state of the quantum system, which is essential for understanding and controlling it. With statistical data from measurements and Positive Operator-Valued Measures (POVMs), the goal of QST is to find a density operator that best fits the measurement data. Several optimization-based methods have been proposed for QST, and one of the most successful approaches is based on Accelerated Gradient Descent (AGD) with fixed step length.

The pre-class learning phase is considered a key factor in the success of flipped classrooms. However, currently, the pre-class learning phase of flipped classrooms mainly relies on video watching, which makes students passive receivers.

This paper devised a robust REM technique capable of monitoring and controlling residential loads within a smart home. In this paper, a new distributed multi-agent framework based on the cloud layer computing architecture is developed for real-time microgrid economic dispatch and monitoring.
