Sebaceous carcinoma of the oral cavity is extremely rare. To date, only 9 cases of primary sebaceous carcinoma involving the oral cavity have been reported in the English literature, with the majority of cases occurring on the buccal mucosa. This report describes a case of sebaceous carcinoma involving the maxillary gingiva.
