Background & Aims: We investigated the efficacy and safety of immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) rechallenge in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) who received ICI-based therapies in a previous systemic line.
Methods: In this international, retrospective multicenter study, patients with HCC who received at least two lines of ICI-based therapies (ICI-1, ICI-2) at 14 institutions were eligible. The main outcomes included best overall response and treatment-related adverse events.
Introduction: Immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI)-based regimens are transforming the landscape of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) treatment. We describe the effect of combined ipilimumab and nivolumab in patients with advanced HCC after the failure of prior ICI-based combination treatments.
Methods: The clinical course of patients with advanced HCC who received combined ipilimumab and nivolumab after prior ICI-based combination therapies was assessed.
The optimal treatment sequence of tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI)-based therapy in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remains unclear. Therefore, sequential systemic therapy after first-line therapy with sorafenib or lenvatinib was compared in a retrospective real-world cohort. In total, 164 patients with HCC were included.

The aim of our study was to evaluate whether flow analysis of admission digital subtraction angiography (DSA) using parametric color coding (PCC), a postprocessing algorithm, allows ultra-early identification of SAH patients at risk for developing subsequent symptomatic vasospasm.
Methods: In this study 52 patients who suffered SAH from aneurysm rupture, were retrospectively enrolled.
Background: Our study aimed to evaluate whether the effect of an intra-arterial vasospasm therapy can be assessed quantitatively by in vivo blood flow analysis using the postprocessing algorithm parametric color coding (PCC).
Methods: We evaluated 17 patients presenting with acute clinical deterioration due to vasospasm following subarachnoidal hemorrhage treated with intra-arterial nimodipine application. Pre- and post-interventional DSA series were post-processed by PCC.
Background And Purpose: Because recanalization of coiled cerebral aneurysms is reported to occur, follow-up imaging is mandatory, ideally noninvasively. Our study aimed to evaluate the accuracy of an optimized angiographic CT by using intravenous contrast material injection in the assessment of coiled cerebral aneurysms, compared with MR angiography and digital subtraction angiography, the criterion standard.
Materials And Methods: We included 69 patients with 76 coiled cerebral aneurysms.
Conclusion: The lack of human papilloma virus (HPV) sequences as well as potential HPV-activated cells such as cells that would be p16- and Ki-67 positive does not support a role of HPV in the pathogenesis of this lesion.
Objective: The exact etiopathogenesis of Warthin's tumor of the parotid gland is still unclear. The aim of the present study was to evaluate if HPV could play a role in the development of this parotid lesion.
Conclusion: This immunohistochemical study of estrogen and progesterone receptors could not confirm a significant expression in nasal telangiectasias. Thus, a specific effect of these hormones or anti-hormone therapy on malformed nasal vessels has to be questioned and only offered under strict clinical control.
Objective: The efforts to control recurrent epistaxis in hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT) using alternative methods are very intense.
Rhabdomyomas are rare benign mesenchymal tumors with skeletal muscle differentiation. They are less commonly encountered than are their malignant counterparts, rhabdomyosarcomas. Rhabdomyomas fall into 2 general categories: cardiac and extracardiac types.
