Aim: To evaluate the energy informational effects of various treatments in patients with bronchial asthma (BA).

Material And Methods: Changes in bioenergograms were analyzed in 139 patients after therapeutical exposures: intravenous prednizolone and dexamethasone, inhaled seretide, fluthicasone propionate, beclomethasone, phenoterol, salmeterol, and salbutamol, the latter drug as tablets, as well as a course treatment with acupuncture. The energy informational effects of pumpan and nitrosorbide were studied in 22 patients with BA concurrent with cor pulmonale and coronary heart disease (CHD).

In 54 patients with pyoinflammatory processes in the urogenital system, the efficacy of endolymphatic antibiotic therapy was investigated after surgical interventions into these organs along with administration of antibiotics just into the inguinal lymph node. To administer antibiotics, separation and drainage of the inguinal lymph node were conducted concurrently with surgical interventions in 26 patients for pyoinflammatory processes in the epididymis, prostate, and kidneys. In the other group (n-28), the inguinal lymph node was drained on days 4 to 5 of postoperative interventions due to the progression of an acute infectious inflammation in the affected organs and wounds.

In the experiment performed on 72 dogs peculiarities of morphological changes in the posterior vena cava wall have been studied at a temporal disturbance of blood flow in it by means of a complete or partial ligation of the vessel with catgut, a complete or partial closing of the lumen of the vein by means of a wavy catgut clip, covered with glue MK-6. Predominance of the soft clipping at the temporal disturbance of the blood flow in the vein with the aim of prophylaxis of thromboembolism of the pulmonary artery has been demonstrated. At the soft clipping in the place of the vascular compression, the blood flow partially remains, thrombi in the lumen do not form, rough dystrophic and necrotic changes in the vein are absent, that is the organ preservation of the vein is ensured.

The experiment has been carried out on 72 dogs. The dynamics of morphofunctional changes in the spinal cord, its meninges and in the epidural structures have been investigated when the epidural veins of the spinal canal are involved into the collateral blood stream after ligation of the anterior or posterior venae cavae. During the first 24 h after disturbance of the blood stream in the venae cavae, there appears venous stasis in the vessels of the epidural structures, of the spinal cord and its meninges, in neurons and glial elements hypoxia and acidosis appear.

When the blood flow in the epidural veins of the spinal cord canal is stopped (performed in 24 dogs) by means of paraffin emboli, it results, at early stages, in distrophic and hypoxic changes in neurons and glial cells of the spinal cord. In 2-4 weeks these changes are substituted by certain restorative processes and in 3 months normal structure and function are restored.
