Background: The assessment of clinical prognosis of pregnant COVID-19 patients at hospital presentation is challenging, due to physiological adaptations during pregnancy. Our aim was to assess the performance of the ABC-SPH score to predict in-hospital mortality and mechanical ventilation support in pregnant patients with COVID-19, to assess the frequency of adverse pregnancy outcomes, and characteristics of pregnant women who died.
Methods: This multicenter cohort included consecutive pregnant patients with COVID-19 admitted to the participating hospitals, from April/2020 to March/2022.

Background: Scientific data regarding the prevalence of COVID-19 neurological manifestations and prognosis in Latin America countries is still lacking. Therefore, the study aims to understand neurological manifestations of SARS-CoV 2 infection and outcomes in the Brazilian population.
Methods: This study is part of the Brazilian COVID-19 Registry, a multicentric cohort, including data from 37 hospitals.
This study analyzes the experiences of users on the continuity of clinical management between care levels. This is a cross-sectional quantitative study that uses data from a survey conducted with 407 users of a public health network in Recife, Pernambuco State, Brazil, in 2017 and 2018. The experiences on the continuity of clinical management were explored from two dimensions: coherence of care and accessibility between levels of care.

Implementation of the Health Gym Program is one of the key strategies in the Brazilian National Health Promotion Policy, but thus far no evaluability studies have been performed on this intervention in Recife, Pernambuco State, one of the first cities in the country to implement this intervention. This study aimed to measure the evaluability of the Health Gym Program in the city of Recife, based on the description of the intervention and the elaboration of its log frame model and theoretical models for evaluation, in addition to identifying evaluative questions. A qualitative approach was used, based on a seven-element system, by document research, interviews, and discussion with the program's managers and staff, as well as the condensation of meanings technique for analysis of the documents and interviews.

The aim of this study was to analyze the implementation of oral health care in the Family Health Strategy in the State of Pernambuco, Brazil, 2002 until 2005. It was observed aspects regarding the expansion of the teams, the percentage of population covered and the rise in the quantitative of oral primary procedures. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with the coordinators for collecting data about the oral health care model adopted by the local authorities, about their activities as coordinators, their qualification, the practices developed by the dental surgeon making part of the Family Health Team, and about basic care procedures and reference and counter-reference networks. The data collected in the interviews were evaluated using a qualitative methodology and a matrix was created for classifying the cities according to the profile of their professionals and the actions and services offered.
