Objectives: Tentorial alignment and dimensions of posterior fossa cisterns are measurements whose variability can decrease surgical freedom if not taken into account when choosing the approach to the pineal region. Objective: The scarcity of implants during the economic crisis partially has replaced decompression and instrumented fusion for the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy with implant-less expansile cervical laminoplasty (ECL).
