[The dural arteriovenous fistula treatment by embolization].

The transverse sinus is one of the most common locations for dural fistulas. A 43-year-old man with pulsatile tinnitus had arteriography that showed a left transverse dural arteriovenous fistula. We report on the treatment of the fistula with embolization of the supplying arteries.

[Case of Hakim's syndrome].

The authors report a case of Hakim's syndrome developing in a 53-year-old man. Manifestations of parkinsonian syndrome prevailed. After implantation of a Pudenz-type valve significant improvement was obtained which confirms the clinical diagnosis.

[Epileptic seizures in children caused by developmental anomalies of meningocerebral vessels].

In the light of pertinent literature the authors discuss two interesting cases of developmental anomalies of cerebral vessels demonstrated by means of angiography which were the cause of epileptic seizures and progressive dementia.
