A dermoid cyst of the subgaleal space over the anterior fontanelle is rather uncommon. We present a case of congenital dermoid cyst of the anterior fontanelle in a 3-month-old male infant, underscoring the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis and highlighting the classical clinical, sonographic, surgical, and pathological findings.
