Bochdalek hernias are postero-medial diaphragmatic defects that usually contain peritoneal fat and often remain asymptomatic. We present a unique case in which involvement of the adjacent ureter in the hernia defect resulted in obstructive uropathy.

This article presents archival material and an analysis of an outsider's jokes about gays and lesbians. These were told to primarily heterosexual audiences by a heterosexual comic.

Fetiform teratoma is a rare form of mature cystic teratoma that is highly developed and organized, resembling a fetus-like structure. These are rare entities that have been typically described in women of reproductive age and most often present as ovarian masses. Only two cases of a fetiform teratoma have been reported in a male.
