[The histone proteins of blood leukocytes under miscarriage.].

To analyze fractions of histones in lymphocytes of peripheral blood of women under physiological and complicated course of pregnancy. Three groups of female patients were examined (85 persons in all). The main group (I) included 30 women with physiological course of pregnancy; the main group (II) included women with threat of miscarriage (35 persons); control group (III) consisted of 20 healthy and without pregnancy women.

[The activity of enzymes of energy supply of cells in prognosis of effectiveness of auxiliary reproductive technologies].

The comparative analysis was applied to activity of such enzymes of energy supply of cells as succinate dehydrogenase and alpha-glycerophosphate dehydrogenase in women with fertility disorders and effectiveness of results of application of auxiliary reproductive technologies. The examination was passed by two groups of female patients. The main group included women with barrenness (50 patients) referred to carrying out auxiliary reproductive technologies.

[Heparin electrophoresis by sinusoidal modulated currents in the combined treatment of chronic fetoplacental insufficiency].

Physicochemical grounds are presented for application of heparin electrophoresis with sinusoidal modulated currents (SMC) for correction of impaired fetouteroplacental circulation and blood rheocoagulation basing on the evidence obtained in 95 gravidae on gestation trimester II. 25% of them were in the group of risk by chronic fetoplacental insufficiency (CFPI), 63% had compensated CFPI and 12% of patients--subcompensated CFPI. 50 patients were treated with drugs SMC heparin electrophoresis, 25 patients received SMC and basic medication, 20 patients were given drugs only.
