Cutaneous collagenous vasculopathy is a recently described idiopathic microangiopathy characterized by acquired diffuse cutaneous telangiectasias and specific histological features: dilated capillaries in the superficial dermis, with walls thickened by hyaline material containing collagen IV by immunohistochemistry.
