Balance disturbances in people with lived experience of stroke affect activities of daily living and social participation, so assessing them is essential to know the level of functional independence. Accelerometers are electronic devices that allow kinematic variables of balance to be recorded and are a tool of great interest in the assessment of functional balance. To determine the validity and reliability of, as well as the most performed protocols using accelerometers in the functional assessment of balance in people with experience of stroke, a systematic search of articles published in the electronic databases PubMed, Scopus, the Web of Science, the Cochrane Library, the PEDro and the Virtual Health Library from Spain was performed following the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis) guidelines.

Changes identified in interactions are described, focusing on both the qualitative aspects of maternal responses, as well as maternal response latency to the child's behavior using a microanalytical methodology that collected data on maternal and child behavior in real-time without losing sight of the temporal dimension.
Participants: This study examined 52 mother-child dyads from intact families that presented no psychological, social, or biological risk factors at 6, 12 and 18 months of age.

The objectives of the study are to summarize the evidence on the effect of chest physiotherapy in the treatment of respiratory difficulties in preterm infants, and to determine the most appropriate technique and whether they are safe. Methods: PMMA discs were polymerized with microwave energy and with conventional heat polymerization (CHP) method.
Purpose: This study evaluated the association of surface degradation and formation of Streptococcus mutans (S. mutans) biofilm in resin-based composites (RBCs) after storage in different acidic liquids.
Methods: To evaluate microhardness and surface micromorphology, hybrid and nanohybrid RBC discs were stored in artificial gastric acid, cola drink, orange juice, artificial saliva, and distilled water for three intervals of 15 min per day for 7, 15, and 30 days.

Materials And Methods: A definitive implant cast with six implant replicas was digitized using a laboratory scanner. A software program was used to design an implant-supported framework which was manufactured using milling (M group) and EBM (EBM group) technologies (n = 10).
Statement Of Problem: Lithography-based additively manufactured (AM) zirconia has been used to fabricate dental implants and custom barriers for guided bone regeneration procedures. However, studies on the effect of AM zirconia on the biological properties of human osteoblasts are lacking.
Purpose: The purpose of this in vitro study was to compare the effect of milled and lithography-based AM zirconia on the biological properties of normal human osteoblasts (NHOsts), as well as to compare the chemical composition between the milled and lithography-based AM 3 mol% yttria-stabilized tetragonal zirconia polycrystal (3Y-TZP) zirconia.

The standard tessellation language file was used to manufacture all the specimens: 3Y-TZP zirconia (Priti multidisc ZrO monochrome) milled (M group) and 3Y-TZP zirconia (LithaCon 3Y 210) lithography-based AM (CeraFab System S65 Medical) (AM group) bar specimens (n = 20).
Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the associated factors of patients with LSS who undergo reoperation after a PLSF in a Hispanic-American population.
Methods: A retrospective single-center review was performed from all non-age-related Hispanic-Americans with LSS who underwent one or two-level PLSF from 2008 to 2018. Baseline characteristics were analyzed between the reoperation and no-reoperation group using a bivariate and multivariate analyses.

The aim was to assess 1-year changes of leisure-time physical activity (LTPA), sedentary behavior, and diet quality according to MetS severity in older population at high cardiovascular risk.

Methods And Results: A total of 6633 elderly participants (aged 55-75 years) with metabolic syndrome from the PREDIMED-Plus study were included in this analysis.
Scope: To examine the association between milk and dairy products intake and the prevalence of cognitive decline among Spanish individuals at high cardiovascular risk.
Methods And Results: Cross-sectional analyses are performed on baseline data from 6744 adults (aged 55-75 years old). Intake of milk and dairy products is estimated using a food frequency questionnaire grouped into quartiles.
We implemented a collaborative diagnostic program in Lahore (Pakistan) aiming to establish the genetic diagnosis, and to asses diagnostic yield and clinical impact in patients with suspected genetic diseases. Local physicians ascertained pediatric patients who had no previous access to genetic testing. More than 1586 genetic tests were performed in 1019 individuals (349 index cases, 670 relatives).
