A magnetic FeUiO-66 adsorbent was created to achieve high phosphate adsorption capacity. The incorporation of FeO facilitated the precipitation and growth of UiO-66 during crystallization, resulting in a shift towards a multilayer heterogeneous distribution of adsorption sites. The increased FeO content notably enhanced the magnetic properties of FeUiO-66, while negligibly affecting its adsorption performance.

In this study, the Xpert MTB/RIF assay was applied to 1,614 extrapulmonary specimens. Compared with TB culture and Composite Reference Standard (CRS), the Xpert MTB/RIF assay had a high sensitivity and specificity for detection of EPTB.
