The impact of dietary fiber on colorectal cancer patients based on machine learning.

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the impact of enteral nutrition with dietary fiber on patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer (CRC) surgery.

Methods: Between January 2023 and August 2024, 164 CRC patients were randomly assigned to two groups at our hospital. The control group received standard nutritional intervention, while the observation group received enteral nutritional support containing dietary fiber.

Circular RNAs play an important role in regulating cisplatin (CDDP) resistance in gastric cancer (GC). The aim of this study was to examine the role and downstream regulation mechanisms of circUBAP2 in CDDP resistance of GC. The expression of circUBAP2 in GC and its correlation with the prognosis of GC patients were analyzed using qRT-PCR and the Kaplan-Meier plotter database.
