Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) decorated bimetallic CuNi-based hollow nanoarchitecture (CNHN) are reported for the first time as a nonenzymatic sensor for the quantification of nitrite in neutral solution . The CNHN was prepared via a convenient calcining routine using the bimetallic CuNi-MOFs as a coprecursor. The unique chemical structure of hollow CNHN with high specific surface area and abundant terminal amino groups effectively avoid the aggregation of AuNPs and facilitate the subsequent adsorption of nitrite.

Through a systematical search of multiple scientific databases in March 2020, we performed a systematic review and cumulative meta-analysis of the primary outcomes of interest. Also, we assessed the quality of the relevant evidence according to the framework in the Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions.

Considering the availability of more recent data, we focus on clarifying the relationship of KOA and GDF5 rs143383 genetic polymorphism by a meta-analysis of case-control trial data.
Methods: The eligible studies from the time of database established to Oct.
Background We aimed to investigate the association between blood pressure (BP) and outcomes in intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) subtypes with different etiologies. Methods and Results A total of 5656 in-hospital patients with spontaneous ICH were included between January 2012 and December 2016 in a prospective multicenter cohort study. Etiological subtypes of ICH were assigned using SMASH-U (structural lesion, medication, amyloid angiopathy, systemic/other disease, hypertension, undetermined) classification.

Here, the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy were calculated to assess the reliability of the IVPA imaging of lipid. Abdominal aortas from six rabbits with atherosclerosis, were subjected to the IVPA imaging and Oil Red O staining, and 75 groups of IVPA as well as corresponding histological images were obtained.

Nevertheless, the mechanism underlying the effect of piceatannol against atherosclerosis (AS) is elusive. Our study identified miR-200a/Nrf2/GSDMD signaling pathway as critical mediators in the effect of piceatannol on macrophages.

The phenyl-substituted-BDT, thieno[3,2-]thiophene, and benzo[][1,2,3]triazole (BTA) served as the donor, π-bridge, and acceptor units, respectively, to enable linear polymer backbones. When introducing two or four fluorine atoms into the phenyl side units of , the polymers and demonstrate a gradual decrease of energy levels and an increase of crystallinity in the pristine and blend films.

The chiral naphthyl-C2-indole skeleton was introduced to bifunctional phosphine organocatalysis for the first time, and excellent stereocontrol was achieved in two types of formal [4 + 2] cycloaddition reactions. With the optimal catalyst, a series of chiral spirooxindole and hydrodibenzofuran architectures were produced in moderate to good yields with excellent stereoselectivities (up to >99% ee, >20:1 dr).

Paris Saponin II (PSII) has been regarded as an effective and imperative component isolated from Rhizoma Paridis saponins (RPS) and exhibited strong anti-tumor effects on a variety of cancer. Our results revealed that human non-small lung cancer cell lines NCI-H460 and NCI-H520 were exposed to 1 μM of PSII, which inhibited the proliferation of lung cancer cells and activated apoptosis, autophagy and paraptosis. PSII induced paraptosis-associated cell death prior to apoptosis and autophagy.

In this study, taking advantages of CRISPR-Cas13a system, namely, the crRNA programmability and Cas13a "collateral effect" of promiscuous RNase activity upon target RNA recognition, we developed a bacterial sensing strategy with the name of CCB-Detection (CRISPR-Cas13a based Bacterial Detection). Solvent and pyridine regulation have been proved to be two effective ways to control and tune the supramolecular structure of - at interfaces. Different high-resolution STM (HR-STM) images with highly ordered and closely packed arrangements were gained at the corresponding liquid-solid interface, including phenyl octane (PO), 1-heptanoic acid (HA), and 1-hexanol.

Deformed laser beam scanning, which causes a low excitation efficiency and serious deterioration of the transverse resolution, is a current big obstacle to the application of photoacoustic endoscopy in intravascular imaging. Hence, the stable and reliable IVPA endoscope is indispensable.

An imbalance in the "microbiota-gut-brain axis", which reflects the constant bidirectional communication between the central nervous system and the gastrointestinal tract, has been used as a hypothesis to interpret the pathogenesis of depression. Alterations in gut microbiota composition could increase the permeability of the gut barrier, activate systemic inflammation and immune responses, regulate the release and efficacy of monoamine neurotransmitters, alter the activity and function of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, and modify the abundance of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), eventually leading to depression.

In 2012, Pocock and colleagues proposed the win ratio (WR) statistics for the analysis of controlled clinical trials with a composite endpoint. This approach takes into account clinical priorities among multiple components of the composite. Subjects in the test group are compared with subjects in the control group in all possible pairwise comparisons.
