A metal-free (NH)SO-mediated decarboxylative trifluoromethylation reaction of alkenes with 3,3,3-trifluoro-2,2-dimethylpropionic acid has been proposed. This method offers a novel route for the direct synthesis of a series of CMeCF-containing quinazolinones from basic chemical raw materials. The reaction mechanism was studied by a radical trapping test and DFT methods, verifying an oxidation-triggered cascade process promoted by the CMeCF radicals.

Methods: A total of 189 GC patients, including 63 patients with MSI-high (MSI-H) and 126 patients with MSI-low/stable (MSI-L/S), were randomly divided into the training cohort and validation cohort. Intratumoral and 5-mm peritumoral regions' radiomics features were extracted from CECT images.

Hypoxia-induced responses are frequently encountered during cardiovascular injuries. Hypoxia triggers intracellular reactive oxygen species/nitric oxide (NO) imbalance. Recent studies indicate that NO-mediated S-nitrosylation (S-NO) of cysteine residue is a key posttranslational modification of proteins.

We evaluated a reduced antigen content combined diphtheria tetanus acellular pertussis and inactivated polio vaccine (dTpa-IPV) in 6-8 years old children in Taiwan, who had received 4 doses of DTPw (combined diphtheria, tetanus, whole cell pertussis vaccine) and OPV (oral polio vaccine). One month after the booster dose, seroprotection rates and vaccine response rates to all antigens were at least 98.

A total of 26 children (12.4%) with a diagnosis of chlamydial infection were included in this study.

BDPBI with the formula C(27)H(24)BrCl(2)N(3)O was synthesized starting with 3-isochromanone. In the endothelium-containing preparations of the aortic rings, phenylephrine (PHE; 10 micromol/l) elicited contracture and acetylcholine (ACh; 10 micromol/l) or BDPBI (0.
