Tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) is a dominantly inherited disorder which characterized by the growth of harmatomatous in multiple organs. Unlike the common development of renal angiomyolipoma, hepatic angiomyolipoma rarely occur in patients with TSC. We report here a patient with hepatic angiomyolipomas and concurrent hepatocellular carcinoma in TSC.
