Coincidence of hepatocelluar carcinoma and hepatic angiomyolipomas in tuberous sclerosis complex: a case report.

Tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) is a dominantly inherited disorder which characterized by the growth of harmatomatous in multiple organs. Unlike the common development of renal angiomyolipoma, hepatic angiomyolipoma rarely occur in patients with TSC. We report here a patient with hepatic angiomyolipomas and concurrent hepatocellular carcinoma in TSC.

Splenosis is ectopic autotransplantation of splenic tissue after splenic trauma or surgery.(1) The most frequent locations are the surface of visceral peritoneum and parietal peritoneum. Liver and retroperitoneum are rarely involved.
