Efficacy comparison of 21 interventions to prevent retinopathy of prematurity: a Bayesian network meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials.

Background: The objective of this study was to evaluate the comparative efficacy of current interventions for the prevention of retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) in premature infants.

Methods: A network meta-analysis (NMA) was performed. We searched PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, Embase, and the Cochrane Library for relevant studies from their inception to May 5, 2022.

Geographic distributions of age-related macular degeneration incidence: a systematic review and meta-analysis.

Purpose: We performed a systematic review and meta-analysis to summarise the geographic distribution of age-related macular degeneration (AMD) incidence.

Methods: Databases including PubMed, Embase and Web of Science were searched for publications of early and late AMD before September 2019. Studies were included if they applied a standardised photographic assessment and classification system.
