Biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles using callus for inhibiting stem-end bacteria in cut carnation flowers.

A biological method for synthesising silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) was developed using the callus extracts from L. under sunlight at 25,000 lx. The AgNPs were characterised using transmission electron microscopy, atomic force microscope, X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.
